LIFE SUPPORT SERVICES

We strive to maintain the best possible service, with a minimum of outage time. However, occasional power outages, either planned or uncontrolled, do occur.

We keep a record of members who notify us that they are dependent on life support equipment, and it is important that this information be current and accurate.

If you or a member of your family depend on life support equipment, please call your nearest Moon Lake office to be sure we are aware of your situation.

RESIDENTIAL ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
(through Moon Lake Electric)

If you qualify for H.E.A.T. or the LIHEAP Program, you may be eligible to receive an additional $50 from Moon Lake Electric (depending upon available funding).

For more information, call (435) 722-5432 or fill out an application at one of our offices.
