LEAP (Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program)
The LEAP program works to keep Colorado communities warm during the winter (November through April) by providing assistance with heating costs, equipment repair and/or replacement of inoperable heating tools. While the program is not intended to pay the entire cost of home heating, it aims to help alleviate some of the burdens that come with Colorado's colder months.

We strive to maintain the best possible service, with a minimum of outage time. However, occasional power outages, either planned or uncontrolled, do occur. We keep a record of members who notify us that they are dependent on life support equipment, and it is important that this information be current and accurate. If you or a member of your family depend on life support equipment, please fill out this form, with the help of your physician.
